If you are not an advanced user and working with WinXP or 2003 Server operating systems, you have probably get bored of formatting your PC because of a virus, trojan, or an adware which frequently chrashes your system. The easiest thing you should do in this situation is to execute SFC (System File Checker) programme under XP. This will check your system files and replace corrupted ones with the original files.
How to use:
- place your XP/2003Server cd in your cd-rom
- type "sfc /scannow" in start/run box
A small box will appear in your monitor, and scan your system. You have to restart your computer after finishing the scan.
